LOT DETAILS FOR THE BID CALLING SPONSORSHIP BANNER
You are bidding on Sponsorship Placement for a 6’ table covering/front hanging table banner on the stage of 2024 Iowa Bid Calling Championship at the Iowa State Fair.
This is only one of three table coverings/banners we are offering to be displayed during the bid calling competition on the Anne and Bill Riley’s Stage on August 13th. This table will be located on the main stage directly to the sides of the competitors and will display the trophies, medals and IAA materials
In an effort to help maintain costs associated with the Iowa Auctioneers Bid Calling Championship, the IAA will be offering an opportunity for table sponsorship on the stage of this year’s event.
The event will be streamed Live via Facebook.
Your supplied banner/covering will be prominently displayed on stage as well as several times during the competition your company will be mentioned as a major sponsor for the event.
Details
The table covering/banner will be designed by the Buyer and approved by the IAA Board
The covering/banner should be 6’ in length.
You, the Buyer, will pay for your covering/banner
The covering/banner must adhere to the Iowa State Fair advertising standards as well
The Buyer and the IAA will arrange to have the covering/banner picked up no later than August 9th, 2024
After the event is over, the covering/banner will be returned to the Buyer
No refunds if the Buyer does not present their covering/banner in the above stated time frame
Most of the above details are simple boiler plate. Most likely any professional design will adhere to all standards.

This opportunity is open to all current members of the Iowa Auctioneers Association
This opportunity is also open to friends of the industry. Share with them if you would like.
Payment
To be made payable to the Iowa Auctioneers Association within five days of the conclusion of the online auction. A representative of the IAA will be in contact to arrange and facilitate payment.
The Board of the Iowa Auctioneers Association is offering a chance to bid on and win one of three table sponsorships at this years Iowa Bid Calling Championships. Show your support of the event and association as well as gain some advertising to people across the nation as they stop by and watch the competition or while they may be watching on Facebook Live.
